Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact me immediately if the item is defective or damaged. All measures will have been taken to ensure that your item gets to you safely. No resposibility will be held if damage is caused by an external factor. ie Postal service, Unsuitable mail box, item left out in unsuitable weather conditions


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or commissions) cannot be returned as these items would have been discussed with you during the process of painting.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
